The Stock Control Bureau itemises all purchases, sales, transfers, special prices and ullages. This allows all point-of-sale information for each item to be available so shortages can be isolated. The process Each morning, our staff collects day-to-day sales electronically. You only need to send invoices, transfers and specials once a week. We then forward reports to you the same day. We provide a cycle of perpetual stocktakes for your staff to complete, assisting in the stock control process.
